US funds only. We ship only to actual physical addresses in the lower
48 States - no P.O., FPO, or APO boxes. We must have a street address
and phone number. If you would like the order shipped to another name,
or different address, please use a separate sheet for that information.
Returns must have prior approval, be made within 30 days and accompanied
by a brief statement of the reason and the original invoice. Returned
items must include all manufacturer's packaging and paperwork. Guarantees
are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Books and videos are not
returnable. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices
and availability are subject to change without notice. Fee for returned
checks is $25. If using a credit card, the "Ordered By"
name and address must be exactly the same as is on record with your
credit card issuer - if you want the order shipped elsewhere, just let
us know. |
Shipping
